Where we ship

We ship worldwide. All prices and shipping charges are shown and charged in US Dollars (USD).

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days(Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order is dispatched.

Delivery estimates

• United Kingdom: 3–6 business days
• United States & Canada: 7–14 business days
• Europe: 6–12 business days
• Rest of world: 10–20 business days

Estimates are from dispatch, not order date, and may vary with customs and local carrier conditions.

Shipping rates

• Free worldwide shipping on orders over $50 USD.
• A flat shipping rate is calculated and shown at checkout for orders below the threshold.

Import duties & taxes

Prices do not include import duties or local taxes. International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are payable on delivery or as required by your local customs authority.

Tracking & issues
