A note on hygiene items
For health-protection reasons, food-contact silicone items (mats, splash guards, disposal guards) that are sealed on delivery can't be returned once unsealed — unless faulty. Your rights for faulty goods are always protected.
Your statutory rights
UK/EU consumers also have a 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, in addition to our 30-day window.
