1. Who we are

JAMES PATERSON & SONS (PLUMBING & HEATING) LIMITED is a company registered in Scotland with company number SC104349. Registered office: Fire Station, Glebe Street, Denny, Scotland, FK6 6AA.

Jpatersonsons is a trading name of JAMES PATERSON & SONS (PLUMBING & HEATING) LIMITED. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean JAMES PATERSON & SONS (PLUMBING & HEATING) LIMITED, trading as Jpatersonsons.

2. These terms

By browsing this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund & Return Policy and Cookie Policy. Please read them carefully.

3. Products

We sell kitchen sink and worktop accessories. Product descriptions, images and specifications are provided in good faith and as accurately as possible; minor variations in colour and dimension may occur. Our products are designed to organise, drain and protect — we make no water-purification, filtration, anti-bacterial or health claims.

4. Prices and currency

All prices are listed and charged in US Dollars (USD) and exclude import duties and local taxes, which may apply at delivery (see Shipping & Delivery). We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders we have already confirmed.

5. Orders and contract formation

Your order is an offer to buy. A binding contract is formed only when we send you a shipping confirmation email. If we cannot fulfil an order (for example, an item is out of stock or there was a pricing error), we will let you know and refund any payment taken.

6. Payment

We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Card payments are processed securely by Stripe; we are PCI-DSS compliant and do not store your full card details. Your card statement will show the descriptor JPATERSONSONS STORE.

7. Delivery

We ship worldwide. Processing times, delivery estimates, rates and our duties statement are set out in our Shipping & Delivery policy.

8. Cancellations, returns and refunds

Your cancellation and return rights, including statutory rights and the hygiene exception for sealed food-contact items, are set out in our Refund & Return Policy.

9. Consumer rights

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer, including under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse this website, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or use it for any unlawful purpose. All content on this site is our property or licensed to us and may not be reproduced without permission.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable, or that arise from misuse of a product contrary to its instructions (for example, exceeding stated heat or load limits, or relying on suction or adhesive mounts for heavy items). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Scotland and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
