Where do you ship and in what currency?+
We ship worldwide and all prices are in US Dollars (USD). Free worldwide shipping applies to orders over $50.
How long will my order take?+
Orders are processed in 1–2 business days. Delivery is typically 3–6 days in the UK, 7–14 days to the US/Canada, and 10–20 days for the rest of the world from dispatch.
Will I pay import duties?+
Prices exclude import duties and local taxes. International orders may incur charges set by the destination country, which are the customer's responsibility.
Returns & refunds
What is your return window?+
Most unused items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. UK/EU consumers also have a 14-day statutory cancellation right.
Can I return food-contact silicone items?+
For hygiene reasons, sealed food-contact items can't be returned once unsealed, unless faulty. See our Refund & Return Policy for details.
How are refunds issued?+
To your original payment method, within 5–10 business days of us receiving and inspecting the return.
Products & materials
What does ‘food-grade silicone’ mean?+
Our food-contact silicone pieces are made from material compliant with FDA 21 CFR 177.2600 and LFGB tested. Compliance documentation is available on request.
Are your stainless products dishwasher safe?+
Most stainless steel items are dishwasher safe; check the specifications on each product page. Silicone mats are heat-resistant up to 230 C / 446 F.
Do any products purify or filter water?+
No. Our products organise, drain and protect your sink area. We make no water-purification, filtration or health claims.
Payments & bulk
How can I pay?+
We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, securely processed by Stripe. We never store your full card details.
Do you offer trade or bulk pricing?+
